Greater Cambridge in 2041
The Greater Cambridge in 2041 Plan builds on the area’s unique character. It aims to cut carbon emissions and car use, create thriving neighbourhoods, expand green spaces and wildlife, and protect its heritage and landscapes.
Cambridge City Council and South Cambridgeshire District Council are working together to create a joint plan for the two areas – which is being referred to as Greater Cambridge. This will ensure that there is a consistent approach to planning, across both areas.
